This evolution of cocktails may have been inspired by the popularity of the Mojito, but there are more than Mojitos in this modern cocktail culture. Many of the contemporary drinks you are probably used to; like the Martini, Cosmo, and Margarita now have new twist that include herbal infused spirits such as mint, rosemary, and thyme.
Here's a fantastic cocktail recipe for White Chocolate Mint Martini:
2 leaves fresh mint
1/2 ounce vodka
1 1/2 ounces Godiva White Chocolate Liqueur
1/2 ounce Kahlua
1 tablespoon chocolate syrup
Mix together 1 mint leaf and vodka, white chocolate liqueur and Kahlua over ice in a shaker. Shake well. Swirl chocolate syrup in the inside of the martini glass, strain in mixture and garnish with a mint leaf. Be creative and add a chocolate signature on top.
